In partnership with Second Home, Outset supports The Magazine Sessions 2016 at the Serpentine Galleries: site-specific evenings of performance.
Launching in February 2016, this new series of immersive performances programmed in collaboration with Fiorucci Art Trust take place in the Zaha Hadid-designed space of The Magazine at the Serpentine Sackler Gallery.
The Magazine Sessions invites artists to devise site-specific evenings of performance, where all aspects of the experience are considered. Events will range from specially-conceived music and theatre performances to immersive environments to be explored and activated by the visitor. As part of the concept for The Magazine Sessions, artists will devise unique menus of food and drink, in collaboration with The Magazine restaurant.

Monday 15 February: MATT COPSON, A Woodland Truce, with music by FELICITA and vocals by MUSARC
Monday 21 March: KARL HOLMQVIST, PPPPJJHAAARRRRVEY
Monday 18 April: EMILY SUNDBLAD, Dichterliebe / Divine Bitches Part Two featuring JULIANA HUXTABLE
Monday 16 May: CELIA HEMPTON, Tor
Monday 21 November: CHRISTIAN HOLSTAD
Monday 12 December: ANTHEA HAMILTON
The Sessions begin on 15th February with A Woodland Truce, an installation and performance by 2014 Bloomberg New Contemporary exhibited artist Matt Copson, whose work addresses fable, myth and philosophy through light installations, sculpture and sound. A Woodland Truce includes music by producer and composer Felicita and vocal performances by Musarc.
